Returns & Customs (UK & Outside the EU)
For returns that are not due to our fault (for example, you ordered the wrong part, changed your mind, or the return is otherwise not caused by an error or defect on our side), a fixed £30 customs documentation fee applies to cover re-importing the goods into the EU. Because our warehouses are in the EU, this fee applies to returns shipped from outside the EU — including from the United Kingdom — and is deducted from your refund.
Returns caused by our error — a defective part, the wrong item supplied, or shipping damage — are not subject to this fee, and we cover the return costs.
For all other returns, arranging and paying for return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
